In 2015, Sunrise created a new mascot for Juventus Football Club, one of Europe's most storied clubs. Jay is a proud, mythical zebra with a pattern of black, white and gold.
Origin Story
A ship carrying exotic animals to Europe runs aground during a violent storm. Jay, a tiny zebra foal, is cast adrift in stormy seas. When a bolt of lightning strikes him, he becomes supercharged with charisma, courage, speed and agility. He washes ashore in Turin and becomes the embodiment of his new home and its football club.
Character
Jay taps into the deep history of Italy's oldest club, while still being fresh and exciting to Juventus's youngest supporters. His black and white stripes represent the iconic Bianconeri colours, with touches of gold reflecting the club's legendary status.
